1 box white cake mix or french vanilla 3 c. finely chopped red rhubarb
3/4 c. white sugar 1/2 c. light brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon 1 pint heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven and prepare cake batter according to directions- (do not bake yet!) Pour batter into prepared cake pan. Cover with chopped rhubarb making an even layer. Mix sugars and cinnamon together and sprinkle over rhubarb covering it well. Pour pint of cream over sugar, rhubarb and cake. Bake according to temp on box. Bake until golden and set, center should be just set and not jiggly. Cool and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before enjoying. Tastes even better if you wait until the next day.
