2 packages frozen, butternut squash, defrosted
1 8 ounce container Coffee Rich creamer
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

In a food processor, beat eggs, margarine, and Coffee Rich.
Add flour, sugar, and baking powder to mixture.
Mix in the squash.

Pour mixture into a 1 3/4 quart casserole dish.
Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Soufflé is done when inserted knife comes out dry.
