1 c. butter 1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar 2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 c. oatmeal
2 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins or chocolate chips

Beat sugars and butter together. Add eggs and vanilla and mix. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix adding chips or raisins last. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350º for 11 minutes.
