1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together butter, peanut butter, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix. Mix in dry ingredients. Roll dough into balls and roll in sugar. Flatten each cookie with a fork. Bake at 375º for 7-9 minutes.
