1) Wash hands.
2) 3 good size spoons/scoups flour (approx 1 1/4 cups)
3) 1 1/2 good size spoons of crisco (little less than 1/2 cup)
4) Cut through with knife
5) Hand mix with fingers
6) If too greasy, add little more flour
7) Add two eggs or one if small amount of dough
8) Beat egg a little bit. 1/2 cup water, add 1 capfull of vinegar
9) Add liquid little at a time and cut with knife
10) Should not feel sticky
11) Dip hand in flour. Take dough in hand and make a fist size patty (1/2 dough)
12) Flour rolling pin. Roll carefully side to side and up and down where necessary.
13) Fold dough in half. Carefully fling pie crust in pie tin.
14) Cut with scissors- dough- about 1/2 inch bigger and fold edges in to edge of pan
15) Cut 5 slices with knife in bottom of crust. Bake crust 400º until brown.
16) For filled pie apple, put 1/4 C sugar at bottom of crust. Fill with apple slices. Add about 1/2 C sugar and cinnamon sprinkled on top. Dot with butter.
17) Make top of crust and make many vent holes with spoon.
