1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick unsalted butter softened
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
3/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup superfine (caster) sugar
2 eggs
square of chocolate or reeses peanut butter cups, caramel kisses...... whatever you want to use for the topping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix together dry ingredients and set aside. Cream butter, peanut butter and the two sugars with an electric mixer in medium bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well between each addition. Add dry ingredients in approximately four lots, mixing on a low speed between each addition until mixture is well combined. Place heaped teaspoonfuls of mixture onto a cookie sheet and use a form to flatten. Cook approximately 10 minutes (or until beginning to turn a light golden color), remove from oven and place one chocolate square, kiss, or candy on each cookie and cook for another 2 minutes.บบบ
