Notes: Dad first made these when we were newlyweds and lived at the Willowcreek Apartments in Irving. He used coat hangers for skewers and cooked the ka-bobs on a tiny hibachi balanced on the railing of our second floor apartment. Nothing ever tasted so delicious!
