2 3/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger 2/3 c. molasses
1 egg 3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well and put in covered bowl to chill overnight for easier handling. Roll out dough on oiled aluminum foil. Oil the rolling pin too. Roll to about 1/2" thick, leave on foil and put on cookie sheet to bake. Bake at 300º for 20-30 minutes. Put your gingerbread pattern on cooked dough and cut while still warm.
