2 c. sugar 2 c. raw peanuts
1 c. light Karo 1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter or margarine (better than butter-won't burn)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all and stir over low heat until dissolved. Bring to a hard boil. Boil 10-12 minutes, stirring the whole time. Turns a tan color when done. About the color of a paper sack. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. soda (should have it ready before - hardens quick). Pour into greased cookie sheet. Cool. Break up in to pieces
