1/2 c. butter flavored Crisco 1/3 c. plus 1 tbsp. butter, softened
2 egg yolks 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 package Fudge Marble Cake Mix

Directions:
Combine Crisco, 1/3 c butter, egg yolks, vanilla and cake mix (set aside cocoa packet). Blend well. Divide dough. Add cocoa packet and remaining 1 tbsp. butter to half the dough. Knead until well blended and chocolate color. Roll out the yellow dough between two pieces of wax paper into a 18x12" rectangle. Repeat with chocolate dough. Remove top pieces of wax paper from dough. Lay yellow dough directly on top of chocolate. Remove remaining wax paper and roll up jelly roll style beginning at wide end. Refrigerate 2 hours. Preheat oven to 350º. Grease baking sheets. Cut dough into 1/8" slices. Bake for 9-11 minutes. Cool 5 minutes on baking sheet before removing to cooling racks. Makes 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
