1 pkg. buttermilk biscuit mix or 1-1/2 c. bisquick or 1-1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. instant potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 t. coconut flavoring
1 stick margarine, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and shape into balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 350º for 10 min. or until brown.
