2 cups sugar,
2 Tablespoons salt,
1 cup lard,
4 eggs beaten,
1 pkg yeast dissolved in 6 cups warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and add flour to make a soft dough. Start this dough around 5 p.m.ish.
Knead down every hour until 10 p.m. ish. then make into buns or rolls and put into greased pans.
Cover with light weight cloth. Let rise overnight and bake in the morning. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes. Brush with hot butter before serving.

This was a favorite memory as a kid watching Grandma, wearing her apron, making these rolls.
Just add some cinnamon and white icing for a brunch special. I asked Grandma Millie if I could take her out to "brunch" a while back. She said "hah", "No let's get some real food" she replied.
