1 T chili powder
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt
2 tsp olive oil
4 salmon steaks 3/4 in thick or 1 salmon filet (2 lbs)
lemon wedges

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare grill. In cup, combine chili powder, brown sugar, cumin, thyme, salt and oil. Use to rub on both sides of salmon steaks or 1 side of filets.
2. Grill salmon over medium heat until just opaque throughout, about 4 minutes per side. If a filet, put filet on foil on grill -- easier to handle. Serve with lemon wedges. Makes 4 main-dish servings.
