7 c. rolled oats 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. baking soda 1 tbsp. salt
2 c. applesauce 1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. light brown sugar or Stevia in the raw equivalent
4 large eggs 2 c. dark chocolate chips
2 c. dried cranberries 3 c. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine applesauce, melted butter, sugar or Stevia, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour, mix well. Add baking power, salt, mix well. Add chocolate chips, cranberries, and chopped walnuts. Add oats in three small batches, mixing thoroughly between batches. DO NOT OVER MIX. Bake at 350º Regular, or 325º convection oven for 12-15 min. or until edges are crispy. Let cool - store in an airtight container. Dough can be frozen for 2 months without suffering or will last in the refrigerator for 1 week.
