1st LAYER:
1 c. flour 1/2 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

2nd LAYER:
8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

3rd LAYER:
3 sm. boxes lemon or chocolate instant pudding 3 3/4 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
1st layer: Mix and press in bottom of 9x13 pan and brown in oven at 400º. Cool well. 2nd layer: Combine and spread on top of 1st layer. 3rd layer: Mix and spoon over 2nd layer. Top with cool whip and finely chopped walnuts.
