2 pkg. sugar & fat free white chocolate pudding mix-instant
1 c. organic pumpkin puree 5 c. almond milk
a little cinnamon a little ginger
a little cardamom

Mix everything and transfer quickly to serving dishes - it sets up quickly.

This was the dessert served on our honeymoon on Thanksgiving Day. Our chef, Frances, shared her recipe with us. It was a wonderful dessert to top off Thanksgiving.
