2-cups brown sugar
2-cups margarine [softened]
2-eggs
2-tsp. vanilla
4-cups quick cooking oats
3-cups flour
2-tsp. baking soda
2-tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2-cups seedless raisins

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, beat at medium speed the sugar and margarine until blended.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla until mixture is smooth.
Blend in the oats, flour, baking soda and pumpkin pie spice.
Stir in the raisins.
Drop batter by tbsp., 2" apart. onto greased baking sheets.
Bake at 350 º F. for 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove to racks to cool.
