3/4 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
4 bananas sliced
1 box vanilla wafers
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Slice bananas layer with vanilla wafers in a bowl. In 2 qt. saucepan combine all other ingredients except vanilla Cook over medium heat until thick add vanilla. Pour over bananas and vanilla wafers. Add meringue on top if desired.
