Italian Tri-tip / Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients:  
Tri-tip , spaghetti your choice, garlic, Italian seasoning, lg can whole peeled tomatoes, pepper, Olive oil
1 small jalapeņo pepper to add a little touch of spice.

Directions:
Directions:
Take a deep pot, put a little Olive oil in , along with 3 tsp of garlic, then place the tri-tip in to brown both sides, then put in 1-2 large can of Whole Peeled tomatoes ,then add 6 Tbsp of Italian seasoning more if you want... salt / pepper add to taste. bring to a boil then cover and simmer till done. Stir occasionally.

Side -Cook spaghetti Noodles on the side when the tri-tip sauce is almost done.
when done take out the trip- tip put to the side and slice to your preference.
then you have your homemade spaghetti sauce .

(optionally) 1 or half small jalapeņo pepper to give it a kick..
cut up small bell peppers also.
