3 Cups Flour
2 tbsps Sugar
2 Cups Shortening
2 Egg Yolks
1 Cup Water
3 Dozen Round Clothes Pins wrapped with aluminum foil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and sugar cutting in 1/2 cup shortening, with pastry blender until it resembles a crumb form. Add egg yolks and water to crumb mix to make dough. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate 1 hour. Roll dough into large rectangle and cut into 1/2" wide strips. Roll strips around clothes pins so that they cover clothes pin. Put on cookie sheet and bake in oven at 350º. Fill with cream filling.
