1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup milk
1/2 small onion, grated
Salt, white pepper, seasoned salt, nutmeg, cayenne pepper
1 1/2 lbs. fresh shrimp, cooked and cleaned
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained
1 (5 oz,) can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
3/4 cup diced celery
3 Tbsp. parsley
2/3 cup uncooked long grain white rice (cook until dry and fluffy)
Paprika
Slivered almonds

Blend soup into mayonnaise in large bowl. Add onion, then milk. Add salt, white pepper, seasoned salt, nutmeg and cayenne pepper to taste. Use a heavy hand because rice and seafood are bland. Add remaining ingredients except paprika and almonds, Turn into large shallow buttered dish. Sprinkle with paprika and almonds. Bake uncovered in 350º oven for 30 minutes.
