1 PKT yeast (1 Tbl ? )
1 C very warm water
1 egg, beaten
1 T oil
1 Heaping T sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 C sifted flour to start

Directions:
Directions:
Beat smooth. Add more flour and continue to beat, and add flour until dough is stiff and not sticky. Cover and let rise in warm place until at least double in size.

Flour top so that dough may be punched down, and form a ball in the bowl.

Grease roll pans.

Make out rolls and place in roll pans. Cover and let rise in warm place, double in size.

Start baking at 250º and as rolls rise more, increase temperature to
