1/2 Cup Rice
2 Cup Water
1 tsp Salt
2 Heads Cabbage
3 lbs Ground Beef
2 Onions
2 tsp Salt or more for taste
1/2 tsp pepper
Butter
1/2 Cup Water
2 Cans Tomato Soup
1 Can Tomato Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop 1 onion and fry in 4 tbs butter until tender, then mix in rice, meat, salt, pepper and water. Remove core from cabbage and cook until you can separate the leaves. Cool separated leaves under cold water. Fill the leaves with meat mixture then roll leave tucking in ends. Put some small leaves on the bottom of pot then place cabbage rolls in the pot no more than two deep then take cans of tomato soup and sauce and pour over the top of cabbage rolls then fill the rest of pot with water, cover and cook at 350º for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
