1 1/4 c flour
1/2 c butter
1 c chocolate graham cracker (crushed)
2 8oz pkg cream cheese (room temp)
2 c powdered sugar
12 oz tub Cool Whip (reserve 1/4 tub for top)
1 large box chocolate pudding (prepared)
Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, butter and graham crackers together and press into a deep 9x13 pan. Glass works best. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes. Let cool completely.
Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 3/4 tub Cool Whip together with an electric mixer till smooth. Spread onto crust.
Make pudding and layer on top of the cheese mixture. Top with last 1/4 tub Cool Whip. Refrigerate at least 2 hours prior to serving.
