1 qt. pineapple juice 1/2 c. lemon juice concentrate 3 cups cold water 2 cups sugar 1 3 oz.pkg. cherry jello 2 cups boiling water 1/2 t. almond extract 1 qt. 7-Up
Heat juices, cold water, and sugar till sugar is dissolved. Add cherry jello to 2 cups boiling water and stir to dissolve. Add almond extract. Combine both mixtures and freeze. Remove from freezer 1/2 hour before serving. Add 7-Up.
