FROSTING #1:
1 cube butter 3/4 c. brown sugar (pack)
1/4 c. evaporated milk 1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut 1 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING #2:
1 c. evaporated milk 1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks 1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped almonds or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
FROSTING #1: Bring margarine, brown sugar, and evaporated milk to a boil, then boil for 1 min. Remove from heat and stir in chopped nuts, coconut, and vanilla. Spread on cooled cake.
FROSTING #2: Combine evaporated milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter, and vanilla. Cook on medium heat for 12 min. Add coconut and nuts and beat until thick enough to serve.
