1 pkg. regular Oreos 1/2 gallon Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream 1 can Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
Set ice cream out to soften. Break Oreos into crumbs and place in 9x13 baking dish. Scoop out soft ice cream and layer over cookies. Use all of the ice cream. Smooth out with spoon. Pour entire can of chocolate syrup over ice cream. Cover with foil and place in freezer for 2 hours. Cut and serve.
