6 really ripe bananas
4 eggs
1 c vegetable oil
1/2 c plus 2 T. buttermilk
2 tsp vanilla
3 cup white sugar
3 1/2 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the bananas, eggs, oil, buttermilk, and vanilla together.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.

Pour into 3 large loaf pans that have been sprayed with PAM.

Bake at 325 degrees for one hour or until knife inserted into center comes out clean

Cool on wire racks.
