1 Pound whole baby red skin potatoes, rinsed
3 Pounds beef chuck roast, rinsed and patted dry
2 Teaspoons Montreal steak seasoning (McCormick Grill Mates)
1 box (1.9-ounce) precooked bacon
1 can (10 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup (Campbells)
1 packet (1.5-ounce) meat loaf seasoning (McCormick)
1 packet (8-ounce) sliced fresh mushrooms
1 large onion, peeled and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place potatoes in the bottom of a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker.
2. Season both sides of the chuck roast with steak seasoning. Set on top of potatoes. Lay bacon slices over roast.
3. In a medium bowl, stir together soup and meat loaf seasoning. Pour over roast and bacon. Top with sliced mushrooms and onion. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 8 to 10 hours.
