6-7 medium Red Potatoes
2 medium Onions
6 Eggs
Salt & Pepper
3/4 cup Mustard
1 cup Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Put Potatoes and Eggs in pan with enough water to cover plus one inch. Boil until Potatoes are fork tender. Place pan in sink and run under cold water until water in pan is replaced with cold. Let sit about 10 minutes until you are able to handle Potatoes. Peel Potatoes and cut into bite size pieces, place in large bowl. Peel Eggs and chop, Combine with Potatoes. Add Chopped Onions, Mustard, Mayonnaise and Salt & Pepper. Stir gently.

When Kristen was very young, she asked for "Doubled Eggs". We decided that "Doubled" was far better than "Deviled" so from then on, we always had "Doubled Eggs"
