12 chicken wings (2 pounds)
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 to one 2 ounce bottle of hot pepper sauce (2 tablespoons to 1/4 cup)
Prepared blue cheese salad dressing
Celery sticks

Directions:
Cut off and discard tips of wings. Cut wings at joints to form 24 pieces. Choose which way you want to cook them. Method 1/Best Method: Heat wings in boiling water and simmer until almost fully cooked. Finish on the grill, roasting until golden brown. Method 2: Heat 2 inches of oil or shortening in a heavy pan or fryer to 375 degrees. Fry a few wings at a time for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. After the wings are cooked, sauce the wings. Sauce: Melt margarine or butter. Stir in desired amount of hot pepper sauce. Brush or pour over wings to coat. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
