2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup of olive oil
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/4 salt
1/2 tsp all spice
1 tsp cinnamon
3 cups shredded carrots
1 tsp vanilla

FROSTING
1 box powder sugar
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 stick of soft butter
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients then pour into 2 round pans
Bake at 375º for 30 mins
Use mixer to make frosting
