Fresh Asparagus
1/4 cup Olive Oil
3/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Dash Salt & Pepper
2 Garlic cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Wash Asparagus and snap off ends. Peel bottom of stalks (if tough). Place on cookie sheet. Drizzle with Olive Oil. Lightly Salt and Pepper. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes, until tender. Grate fresh Parmesan over asparagus and place back in oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is nicely browned.

I absolutely love this asparagus recipe. You can also do this with cauliflower or broccoli. Wonderful with either of those veggies,also. My Mom omits the cheese and sprinkles the veggies with lemon juice when she removes them from the oven.
