6-8 Medium Potatoes (peeled & cubed)
1 quart Half & Half
2 lb. Velweeta (cubed)
6-8 strips Bacon
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Bacon, crisp and set aside. Put Potatoes in pan with enough water to cover, plus one inch. Boil until fork tender. Do not drain off water. Add Half & Half, Velveeta cubes and crumbled Bacon. Cook until Cheese is melted and soup thickens a bit. Salt and Pepper to taste.

If soup is too thick, add a little more Half & Half. If it's too thin, take out a cup of potatoes and smash. Stir into soup. That should help thicken the sauce.
