1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 heaping Tbsp all purpose flour
1 stick butter, melted
3 eggs, one at a time
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 t. vanilla
1 deep dish pie shell (uncooked)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients by hand. Pour into pie shell. Sit on cookie sheet to cook. Bake for 45 minutes in 350º oven (no longer).
Serve warm or room temperature, with or without topping.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
