Step 1:
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
Step 2:
2 1/2 c. quick cooking oats (not instant)
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped & toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Step 1: In a sauce pan, bring the ingredients to a boil. Boil for one minute, then pour over the Step 2 ingredients and mix well.

Step 2: Mix ingredients together. When all ingredients are well mixed, drop by tablespoons on wax paper. Let stand until completely cooled before removing.

Yield: 24 to 30 cookies.
