1 can condensed milk (may substitute fat-free)
1- 12 oz. Cool Whip (may substitute light or fat-free)
3 T. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
1 large can crushed pineapple (in its own juice)
2 c. crushed pecans
2 graham cracker pie crusts (may substitute light)

Drain pineapple well and set aside. In large bowl, mix Cool Whip and condensed milk. Fold in remaining ingredients. Fill pie crusts, cover with lid and chill at least 6 to 8 hours. Serves 8.
