12 slices bread, cubed
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
12 eggs
2 cups milk
1/3 c. maple syrup

Blueberry syrup:
1 c. sugar
2 T. cornstarch
1 cup water
1 cup blueberries
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bread cubes, cream cheese cubes & blueberries in 13 x 9 pan. Combine eggs milk and syrup and pour over bread mix. Foil and refrigerate overnight.

Bake 350 degrees, 30 minutes covered, 30 minutes uncovered.

Blueberry syrup:
Stir sugar, cornstarch, and water together, add berries and simmer 10 minutes, add butter and serve warm.

1 16 oz. bag frozen blueberries is enough for both French toast and syrup.
