1 pouch of Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix
1/2 cup butter or margarine (melted)
1 egg
1 cup flaked coconut
1 2/3 cup white vanilla baking chips
1/2 tsp. coconut extract
1 tsp. shortening
Red and Green sugar sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Stir cookie mix, butter, egg, coconut, 1 cup of chips and extract until soft dough forms. Drop by rounded teaspoon fulls, 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 11 minutes. Cool 1 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Cool completely 20 minutes. Melt remaining chips and shortening for 30 to 60 seconds. Stir until smooth. Drizzle over cookies and sprinkle with sugars.
