12 large Mushrooms (or 24 small)
3-4 tablespoons Olive Oil
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1-2 teaspoons Sage, dried (optional)
1 8-ounce package of Cream Cheese, softened
Pepper and Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350ºF
2) Rinse mushrooms and remove stems (then mince the stems). Place mushroom caps top-down on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
3) Heat olive oil in a skillet and add minced garlic, mushroom stems and sage. Cook until lightly browned.
4) In a mixing bowl mix until well blended: the cream cheese, garlic/mushroom stem mixture, salt and pepper.
5) Fill the caps (I like to use a medium-sized cookie scoop for filling consistency) with the mixture, then bake for 20-25 minutes until mushrooms are golden brown and mixture is lightly browned on top.
