2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. rye flour
1/2 c. cornmeal
1 t. yeast
1 1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 c. water
oil as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flours, cornmeal, yeast, salt in large bowl. Add water, stir, cover and let rest four hours.
Oil standard loaf pan, shape dough and place in pan. Brush top with more oil. Cover and let rise an hour.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes, remove from pan to cool.
