1 1/4 c. warm water
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. sugar
2 T. yeast
1/3 t. salt
1 beaten egg
3 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, oil, sugar, yeast, let sit 15 minutes.
Add salt, egg, flour; knead.
Roll into a circle, cut with pizza cutter (6 or 8 triangles).
Roll into crescents and let rise 10-15 minutes.
Brush with butter, bake 425º for 10-12 minutes.
(Probably need to double or triple recipe.)
