1/2 cup butter (1 stick) softened
2 cups creamy peanut butter
1lb (box) confectionery sugar
4 cups rice crispies
6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peanut butter and butter together in large mixing bowl.
Add sugar and rice crispies and continue to stir until well mixed.
Roll batter in balls (60-70 small)
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
In a double boiler, melt chocolate
Dip peanut butter balls in chocolate with a fork
Put chocolate dipped balls on wax paper and refrigerate until chocolate has hardened.
