1 1/2 c. warm water
1 1/2 T yeast
2 t. sugar
3 1/4 c. flour
2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1/2 c. water, yeast, and 1 t. sugar in bowl and let stand 5 minutes till bubbly. In large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, remaining sugar, and yeast mixture. Add remaining water and knead briefly.
Shape into two long rolls and place on greased cookie sheet. Let rise under towel for 30 minutes. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes.
