1/2 cup butter
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup peanut butter
9 cups corn or rice chex
3 1/2 cups powered sugar
1 large clean paper bag

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, slowly melt butter, peanut butter, and chocolate chips completely. Pour chex in a large bowl. Pour melted sauce on chex and stir softly. Pour powered sugar in paper bag. Pour chex mix in. Shake well. Put puppy chow in container(s).
