1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp vinegar
pinch dry mustard
2 tbsp oil
4 tbsp tomato soup

Quarts:
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard
4 tbsp oil
4 tbsp tomato soup
2 tsp lemon juice

Directions:

Cut fish into pieces, stuff into jars. Cover with brine. Seal jars. Insert jars into canner. Boil in water bath for 6 - 7 hours.
