1 1/2 tsp Ground Allspice
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Ground Thyme
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Ground Cloves
3 Green Onions, chopped
3 cloves Garlic, minced
2 Habanero Peppers (Use jalapeno peppers if habaneros are too spicy for you)
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 Lemon, juice of
3 tsp Oil
2 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Malt Vinegar
1 tsp minced Ginger Root
3 - 4 lbs cubed Pork Butt, cut into 2 inch chunks
2 cartons Cherry Tomatoes
1 whole Pineapple, cut into 2 inch chunks
2 Red Onions, cut into 2 inch chunks

1. In a large bowl combine the first 7 ingredients.
2. Mix thoroughly.
3. In a food processor combine green onions, garlic, peppers, onion, lemon juice, oil, soy sauce, malt vinegar and ginger. Blend until very smooth.
4. Place pork in a large freezer bag, combine all blended ingredients and coat pork well.
5. Marinate for at least 8 hours.
6. Take out of the fridge 1 hour before grilling.
7. Skewer ingredients, alternating pork, pineapple, cherry tomato, and red onion.
8. Preheat grill to medium and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side.

The first time we made this dish it was for our annual tropical party. We received 6 inches of snow on that day in April but this recipe made us feel like we were in the tropics.
