Ingredients:  
1 lb dry ziti
8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz shredded Jack cheese
1 24 oz jar favorite Marinara/Pasta sauce
1 cup heavy cream
crushed red pepper flakes to taste

Optional additions:
sliced olives
artichoke hearts (not marinated)
cooked sausage slices, browned ground beef, grilled chicken
anchovy filets (that's for Jim!)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a big mixing bowl, combine pasta, sauce, cream, 1/2 of each cheese and any extras you want.
Pour into a slightly greased baking dish.
Cover with remaining cheeses.

Bake: 400º.
Time: 20 minutes or until bubbling.

Serve with fresh and hot sourdough bread!

You can use other types of pasta but ziti is more sturdy and doesn't lose its shape.
