1/2 cup melted butter
10 eggs beaten
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 8 oz can chopped green chilies
1 cup sauteed mushrooms
1 pint cottage cheese
1 lb Jack or Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º.
Lightly grease a 9 x 13 dish.
Add flour and baking powder to beaten eggs.
Add butter, cottage cheese, and cheeses.
Add mushrooms or chilies or any other condiment you like!
Bake for 15 minutes at 400º, then reduce heat to 350º and continue baking for 35-40 minutes.

Other condiments to use are bacon bits, diced peppers, ham, diced tomatoes,diced onion, etc. Use any hard cheese that melts easily.
