1 egg white, slightly beaten 2 tbsp. cold water
1/2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. cloves
4 c. pecans 1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, EXCEPT pecans. Mix well and let set for 15 minutes. Add pecans and mix well. Spread evenly on 2 greased cookie sheets. Bake at 250º for 1 hour. Immediately loosen pecans from sheets. Store in air tight container.
